Paying for your care
Insurance, membership and financing
No surprises about money. Here's how insurance works at Perla, what our membership plan covers if you don't have insurance, and how financing can spread the cost of larger treatment.
If you have dental insurance
We're currently out of network with dental insurance plans. That means you pay for your visit at the time of service, and we submit the claim to your insurance for you, as a courtesy. Your plan then reimburses you directly, according to its out-of-network benefits.
Every plan is different, and we can't promise what yours will pay. If you'd like, send us your insurance details before your visit and we'll tell you what we can find out.
You'll always hear the cost of any treatment before it's done, and you're never charged for treatment you decline.
If you don't have insurance
Perla membership plan
For patients without dental insurance. One yearly membership covers your preventive care:
- 2 professional cleanings a year
- 2 exams a year
- 2 sets of X-rays a year
- Member savings on treatment
The membership is meant to make regular checkups simple and predictable. Ask at the front desk or send us a message and we'll explain the details.
Financing larger treatment
For treatment like All-on-4 dental implants, most patients use financing to spread the cost into monthly payments.
Financing partners
Apply through any of these, and we'll help you with the paperwork.
- Cherry
- CareCredit
- Alphaeon
- Avvance (U.S. Bank)
Approval, terms and rates are set by each lender.
After Hours fees
Perla After Hours visits on Friday evenings and weekends carry their own visit fee, which is self-pay and explained in full on that page.
