What affects the cost of full-arch dental implants in Miami
Full-arch quotes can look very different from one office to the next. Usually that's because they don't include the same things. Here is what changes the total, and how to compare quotes fairly.

Why an honest quote needs a scan
The cost of full-arch treatment depends on what's in your mouth and your bone, and most of that can't be seen without an exam and a 3D CBCT scan. A price given over the phone either assumes the simplest case or leaves things out. At Perla, the full-arch consultation and scan are free, and you leave with a written plan and total. See All-on-4 dental implants.
The factors that change the total
- One arch or two. Upper, lower or both.
- Number of implants. Four, six or another number, depending on your bone and bite.
- Extractions. How many teeth come out, and how complicated they are.
- Bone grafting. Whether any is needed, and how much.
- Sedation. Local anesthesia only, oral sedation or IV sedation.
- The provisional bridge. The fixed teeth you wear while the implants heal.
- The final bridge. Its design and material are a large part of the cost, and of how it looks and wears over the years.
- Follow-up and maintenance. Which check-ups and adjustments are included.
How to compare quotes
When you have more than one quote, check that each one includes the same things: the scan, extractions, any grafting, sedation, the provisional teeth, the final bridge and its material, and follow-up visits. A lower number that leaves out the provisional teeth or the final bridge isn't a lower price for the same treatment.
It's also fair to ask who does the surgery and who makes the final teeth, and whether that's the same person who examined you.
Insurance and financing
Dental plans often have annual maximums that cover only part of full-arch treatment, and we're currently out of network, submitting claims as a courtesy. Most patients use financing to spread the cost; we work with Cherry, CareCredit, Alphaeon and Avvance (U.S. Bank). See Insurance & membership.
