A fixed arch, fitted in a day.
Four to six implants carry one bridge. It does not come out, it does not click, and in suitable cases you leave the same day with teeth you can smile with.
Four implants suit most arches. Six spread the load where bone allows and the bite is heavy. Your scan decides which — not a package.

A three-dimensional scan shows exactly how much bone you have and where it is solid. It is the difference between a plan and a guess, and it is why we will not quote a full arch over the phone.

Some dental problems will not wait until Monday. Perla After Hours is urgent care with Dr. Rodriguez on Friday evenings and weekends — either in the office, or as a live video visit. By appointment only.

This is separate from our regular hours (Monday–Friday 8 AM–6 PM, Saturday 8 AM–2 PM). Routine and scheduled care happens during regular hours.
Call 911 instead if:
- You are having trouble breathing or swallowing
- Facial swelling is spreading quickly
- Bleeding will not stop
- The injury involves more than your teeth
Go to the nearest emergency department. Some dental emergencies belong in a hospital, and we will tell you plainly if yours is one of them.
An appointment with Dr. Rodriguez outside regular office hours, for a problem that cannot wait. Appointment only — we cannot take walk-ins.
How it works
Call or text us
We answer as fast as we can, usually within the hour. Reach us outside the times above and we will reply on the next business day, or during the next After Hours period. Response times are a goal, not a guarantee.
We offer you a time
Getting in touch does not create an appointment by itself — we have to accept the request and give you a slot.
You pay the fee, and the visit is booked
Your appointment is confirmed only once all three have happened: we accepted your request, we gave you a time, and we received the $295. We do not keep your card afterward.
The $295 covers
- A limited emergency examination with Dr. Rodriguez
- Any X-rays needed to find the problem
- A dental assistant present for your appointment
Charged separately
- Treatment, at our normal fees — there is no after-hours markup on the treatment itself
- You hear the treatment and the price before anything is done, and you are never charged for treatment you decline
Good to know
- Follow-up is not charged twice
- Routine follow-up connected to your emergency treatment is booked during normal office hours, with no second $295. Treatment at that visit is charged at normal fees. A second After Hours visit does carry the fee again.
- No prescriptions from a phone call
- We do not routinely prescribe antibiotics or pain medication based on a call alone. An examination may be needed first.
- Every age is welcome
- A parent or legal guardian must come with a patient under 18 and authorize care.
- If we cannot treat you safely here
- Dr. Rodriguez may make you comfortable and refer you to a specialist, hospital, or another dentist when that is genuinely the better place for your care.
- Self-pay
- The $295 is not billed to insurance, and we cannot promise any plan will reimburse it. Treatment follows our normal payment policies.
- Refunds
- If we cannot provide the visit we accepted and scheduled, the $295 is refunded. If you do not come, it generally is not. Once the evaluation has been done the fee is earned — including if you decide against the treatment we recommend.

The Studio

Dr. Rodolfo Rodriguez was born in Havana, Cuba, and later moved to the United States to pursue his education and career in dentistry. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, where he developed a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care. After graduating, he moved to Seattle and practiced there for several years while his wife completed her OB/GYN residency.
Now back in Miami, Dr. Rodriguez is excited to serve the community he considers home. He is known for his clear communication, professionalism, and commitment to patient comfort. His clinical interests include restorative dentistry, cosmetic procedures, and Invisalign.
Outside of the office, Dr. Rodriguez enjoys spending time outdoors—especially hiking and relaxing with a picnic in the grass. He also loves traveling, discovering new music, and exploring Miami’s food scene. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and values building strong, long-lasting relationships with his patients.
